During her 20 years in business, she has worked with hundreds of small business owners of various industries on marketing and business growth strategies that follow their mission.
She is a counselor with the Womens’ Center for Entrepreneurship, a Collaberex Master Facilitator, and has given hundreds of presentations on small business marketing. With years of experience she has created down to earth learning tools to share with fellow business owners.
Susana has led group coaching and mastermind programs as well as being certified as a Pumpkin Plan Strategist.
Nikki Gangemi | Author & Personal Trainer for Your Mind
Nikki has made 3 significant pivots in her life, from actress to teacher to entrepreneur, equipping her with tools to help others navigate their own life transformations.
As a Board-Certified Master NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Speaker, Author of her new book, The C.A.L.M. Method, and founder of Mindful Matters LLC, Nikki helps ambitious business owners and professionals break free from self-doubt and the negative programming that holds them back.

Kara is a Leadership and Well-being Coach supporting career-minded women cultivate self-worth, reconnect with what matters, navigate their careers while managing personal responsibilities, and regain control of their lives. She specializes in helping women discover and live as their true selves while integrating career aspirations with personal well-being, providing a supportive space to explore learnings, consider possibilities, and move forward with confidence.
Kara is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and founder of Kaleidoscope Holistic Wellness. Prior to owning a business, Kara had a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she developed new therapeutics and held various leadership roles.
